Swim down my legs to the Botton when I try, when I swim, their position is a kind of low in relation to body weight?
What I can do about it? How do I avoid sinking? My torso, it is only my legs hanging drop slowly as I try to swim.
when I try to float, be sure to use your abdominals to keep your legs. One thing you can do to improve their strength, is starting some practice to get better lift.
