When the 5th Months pregnant, I can with a kayak on a river?
You can, yes, but you have to weigh all the risks of the situation. What are you on the river? Is it the class II or higher? That could be a problem. Is a kayak, you know? What are the chances of swimming for you? What if you swim? What are the chances that you take a stone, if you swim unexpected? How cold will the water? I have heard of whitewater kayakers continue this sport during pregnancy, but one I would not recommend a novice do it on vacation. I would be comfortable on a flat water trip on a raft or Canoeing on 5 months pregnant. In fact, I'm considering just such a trip in the spring, and I'm already 4 months pregnant. I am an experienced boaters, however, and knows that my gear, the stretches of river we are interested in, and my limits (second pregnancy, during which I also went rafting, after 4 months pregnant, though). If the water will be cold, it would not be prudent to establish a kayaking trip with no wetsuit, and you will be hard to find, too, that you are correctly during pregnancy fit. It would be unwise to do a kayaking trip with a bit of class II whitewater, and even the class II could be too much if you do not know. The other consideration is that if you want to go with an outfitter, they will not be possible if you are pregnant go. Your insurance would kill them if they did.
Best for urban encounters: Vancouver, I was in Vancouver twice in the last year. Both times, the day I went, it rained, thick, hardened, rain from a black sky. My hotel room window looked as if it could dissolve. Gone are the beautiful views – mountains, sea, glass were city. The flood made it easier to say goodbye and also a reminder that Vancouver is a very wet place most of the year.
