Florida Scuba Dive Charters  Six Pack Diving Charlotte Gulf of Mexico
The Legacy Team
The sturdy boat you'll be traveling on, the Spair Time, is a beamy 27-foot diesel powered Keys Kraft, running from Eldred's Marina in Placida, Florida, near historic Boca Grande.

For over a century, people have  traveled from all over the world to experience the unspoiled beauty  and pristine waters of this part of Florida.

There's plenty of room aboard Spair Time for 6 divers, their gear and tanks, and a forward cabin for anything you'd like to (try to!) keep dry.

This boat has been working for years in and around Charlotte Harbor, up to 35 miles out to the Bayronto wreck, and all the way up to Venice's world-famous fossil beds.
Captain John Sturm began his diving career over thirty years ago working in the ice-cold waters of California's Channel Islands.  He spent hour upon hour in the majestic kelp forests of Anacapa and the other inner islands as well as the outer islands of San Miguel,  Santa Barbara and St. Nicholas, and on commercial dive and fishing boats plying the coast from El Capitan to the Santa Monica Bay.  He owned and captained his first fishing boat, a 42 foot trawler. the Sea Wolf, at the age of 23.

A resident of Florida since 1986, John has logged recreational dives up and down both coasts, and from Ginnie Springs to the Keys and runs the charter business on a 100 ton master captains license.

Come and meet Lori Cavallaro too, ship's mate and heart of the Legacy team. There is no greater dive enthusiast and her energy and attentiveness  are sure to make for a great day onboard.

Lori and our other divemasters and crew John,  Rob, and Dennis  are there to make for the best possible experience so we hope to see you soon!
