Charlotte Gulf Sites like Novak Reef, Tremblay Reef, the Palm Island Ferry, where depths are 30-60 feet.  No matter how many times you care to visit, the fish population changes greatly due to changing seasons and water conditions.  You'll always see something new and different. 

Deeper Dives: We'll run to deeper sites like the Bayronto or the Hopper Cars on request.  These dives (70-100 feet) are dramatic and memorable. Deeper dives are for advanced (or higher) certified divers.

Spearfishing:  Trips can be two or three tank dives!

Sharktooth Dive! Come with us to dive the "Boneyard", the world famous Venice fossil beds.  The 25-foot depth will allow any Open Water Certified scuba diver to participate in this exciting hunt for a variety of ancient marine and terrestrial fossils, including teeth from megalodon, prehistoric ancestor of the great white shark.

Night Dive: Want to experience a night dive?  We can schedule a two-tank ledge dive at the Sharktooth Gardens by moonlight on a Saturday evening following our previously scheduled Sharktooth dive. Call for reservations.

• All dives will require two tanks of air or Nitrox;
• Morning trips leave Eldred's at 8:00 a.m.  As a courtesy to  your fellow divers, please arrive at the marina between  7:30 and 7:45 so that we may load and leave promptly;
• Remember to bring appropriate certification cards.  We must have proper ID, and assurance that you are properly trained to make the planned dives before you board the boat.
• All dives are subject to change or cancellation based upon weather and diving conditions.

Departure times Mon. thru Fri. are site dependent and may vary. Weekday trips require a 3 diver minimum so get your dive partner and let's go diving!

Legacy Dive Charters crew is trained and experienced with scuba diving, scuba diving equipment and the operation of its well-maintained boat.  Legacy Dive Charters will transport you to and from the dive site, and will make every effort to help you to make a safe and enjoyable dive.  But remember that all diver training programs teach that there are risks associated with scuba diving.  You choose to dive and take responsibility for your own safety every time you enter the water.   You must read, understand, and sign a waiver and release of liability before you board the boat.
